Many of our experts have deep knowledge in highly specialized areas, and marketers, writers, and engineers do not always speak the same professional language. Discussions can therefore sometimes be difficult, intense, and even emotionally demanding. It is important to be able to stand by your position while also finding common ground with technical experts. Teams and working cultures may differ between offices. Day-to-day communication is primarily with the Head of Department, where the working process is clear and transparent. Working with colleagues from other offices may require adapting to different communication styles and established ways of working. Flexibility, openness, and the ability to stay effective under pressure are therefore important. Обязанности IPTP Networks is looking for an Editor-Writer to run day-to-day content production for our global marketing team. You will edit and shape articles, blog posts, website pages, LinkedIn content, presentations and our corporate magazine, all for a B2B audience of CTOs, network engineers and procurement teams in the telecom and data centre industry. This role sits at the centre of our content operation. You will work directly with our Head of Marketing and with our in-house technical and SEO experts, who are among the most experienced people in the industry. You will collect information from them, turn it into clear briefs, and review their feedback on drafts. We already run a mature, AI-powered content system. It is built on a structured knowledge base of company facts, tone of voice, SEO data and approved examples, and it drives our AI agents to produce first drafts in minutes. Your job is not to write from a blank page. It is to direct the process: brief the AI agents, review what they produce, correct technical or factual errors, and bring every piece up to publication standard. This system already works. It has helped double or triple our qualified leads over the past two years and pushed several of our pages to the top of search results. Because most of the drafting is automated, one editor can now produce the output of several traditional writers, and you do not need years of specialist experience to use it well. You need good judgement, strong English, and the will to learn a technical industry fast. You will also coordinate junior authors and freelance writers: assigning tasks, reviewing their drafts, and keeping the monthly content plan on track. This is a fully remote position with room to grow into a Chief Editor role, building the content system and process further as IPTP scales its marketing on the global telecom market.
