With 5 fully scripted and voiced episodes ready on day one, you will help bring our dark, cinematic vision to life. We have a proven production system in place, making this more than just a one-off gig. Animate from ready scripts + voiceovers (e.g. 5-6 videos / month). Hold readability, pacing, and a consistent style. Be a long-term part of the team. Looking for 1+ year in Adobe Animate, strong sense of rhythm, staging, smooth motion, organized, responsible, deadline-driven. Fully remote, flexible schedule (deadlines matter, hours don't). A real trial-to-salary path - month 1 pays per video, month 2 moves to a steady monthly rate. Minimal revisions - you own the final result. Bonuses for viral videos and creative initiative. Growth path: lead role / channel producer as we scale.
