Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager. You'll own the marketing function end to end, from strategy to execution. It's a hands-on role for a data-driven marketer accountable for retention and growth results. You'll work directly with the CEO. What you'll do: Build and execute the marketing strategy, Drive user retention and re-engagement, Attract new users globally through paid social, KOLs and partnerships, Run our social media to grow and engage the audience, Lead the launch of new products and features. What we're looking for: 3+ years in growth and retention marketing in fintech or crypto, Track record of scaling user growth, Proven experience improving user retention, Hands-on experience across paid social, KOLs and partnerships, Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup. Nice to have: Experience as a solo or first marketer at a startup, Advanced use of AI tools to scale content, campaigns and analytics, Experience running campaigns across multiple markets.
