Senior User Acquisition Manager

AppQuantum is hiring a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Paid Social). We’re looking for a strong performance marketer to join our UA Media Unit and scale international mobile projects with hybrid monetization (IAP + IAA) and large budgets (from $300k/month, up to $7M at peak). You’ll work with top SRN channels and influence growth strategy across multiple mobile products. What we’re looking for: Strong hands-on experience with Paid Social (SRN) in GameDev, Experience managing and scaling large performance budgets, Confident analytical skills (ROAS, LTV, cohorts), Hypothesis-driven approach to testing and optimization.
