Affiliate/Team Lead

We're looking for a strong specialist to lead the Japanese market direction on our project — the team has been running for several years, and now we're growing! What you'll be doing: Sourcing Japanese traffic channels (fintech, crypto, binary options). Initially — deputy to the current head of direction, later — full independent management. Managing a team of 2 Japanese local employees. Developing and scaling new traffic channels. What we're looking for: Experience in binary options, crypto, or related fields. Good level of English. Experience with the Japanese market — a big plus, but not required (we'll train you!). Leadership qualities and the ability to find growth opportunities. Relevant experience (affiliate marketing, team lead roles, etc.). Why this role is exciting: Real career growth path: from deputy to independent head of direction.
